To retrieve the watermarked picture, customers either scan a QR code or introduce a Unique Personal Code to fill an online form with their personal data.
The picture is instantly emailed to the customer, and additional promotional content can be added to the email body. Aside of the legal compliant customers data collection for EDM purposes, brands can get a significant number of genuine hits on their website, for better positioning on the search engines and social media presence.

actiMirror DOES NOT keep pictures or footage; we are a non-intrusive business that is fully compliant with sections 35J and 35K of the Hong Kong SAR Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
For further peace of mind, our Android application is designed to run in a similar fashion and under the same Data Protection Act policies as a security camera, to ensure that the demographics of a person are not linked with their identity.
