Smart Mirror Devices

Yes, when the screen is off you cannot see anything but your own reflection.

DIY hardware is not what we do at actiMirror. The fine balance between screen visibility and reflection is the result of many years of research and development. We use industrial-grade high-luminosity displays and special mirror coatings to reach the ideal balance. Besides, quality and safety measures are important factor to be considered when using mirrors in private and public areas. Using unsafe and non-certified products may produce injuries alongside losing insurance coverage for public liability.

Installation is as simple as installing a television on the wall or on a pedestal. The Desk21T can stand alone on its feet.

No, it is not recommended to install the device outdoor.

Software and Apps

Yes it is possible after a quick system compatibility check, granting that you have the legal rights to use the App.

Yes, packages upgrades can be managed remotely via the actiMirror DMS at any time.

Some apps require branded content to be fully functional. This is the case of the “on demand” apps, which are backed by product databases.

Yes we welcome cooperation with software developers to integrate new functions and apps. We can provide guidance and code templates.

Yes, product recommendations are provided to the customer after the skin analysis, so you will be asked to provide the specs of each product.

Device Management System DMS

The actiMirror DMS is necessary to remote control and update the smart mirrors worldwide. In order to be fully functional in updating and sharing content, most apps require the mirrors to be connected. The mirrors require internet connection to access the DMS.

Yes, you can still use the mirrors without further updates and upgrades.

The business package includes DMS access, however, we provide staff training to clients operating more than 20 smart mirrors. Below that figure, the actiMirror team will help curating the necessary updates on behalf of the client.
